Welcome to Billie Bear’s historic Rec Hall!

Guests will enjoy gracious comfort next season in a gathering place that harkens back to an earlier era. The dining room of Camp Billie Bear, now the Rec Hall, was built in the 1920s, when an addition was added to the lake side of an older log building. Through many years the building was the social centre of camp, lodge, and resort.

The Rec Hall is ready to step back into its role. Rehabilitation over the past two years has strengthened the structure and retained its important heritage attributes. While a number of logs had to be replaced, many of the original timbers remain. New complements old, adding the latest contribution to the many changes made by a succession of users over the years.

Deposits to increase in 2018

Reservations for the 2018 season will require a deposit of $250 per week or partial week, with the deposit for the Lodge increasing to $500.

A REMINDER ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of high season reservations (Canada Day weekend until Labour Day weekend, plus Thanksgiving weekend) must be received before May 1. If you cancel your cottage reservation after May 1, full payment is due if we cannot re-book your space.

For spring and fall reservations, cancellations must be received more than 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel your cottage reservation within 14 days of your arrival, full payment is due unless we can re-book your space.

All deposits on reservations are non-refundable.
